Much of this lot is open and grassy.
The grass is really lush in some places.

This lot has lots of trees and grass but it has great views as well.
Around 50 years ago, the big trees were cleared. There are numerous piles of big trees still on the lot.
The trees do well on this lot.

This lot is only 1/4 mile from paved Anvil Rock Road. It is bordered on the north by a full section of Arizona State Trust land.
This lot slopes gently from west to east with a total elevation change of around 60 feet.
