A smaller back porch is a favorite for morning coffee and watching hummingbirds. The property sits on five acres in the country so it is an ideal place for rest and relaxation as an alternative to a typical hotel stay. Our location on the Arkansas River, with an eighth of a mile of private, blue ribbon fishing for our guests, not only makes it a peaceful retreat, but idyllic for the angler.
