Our application fee is $30 for individuals; $40 for married couples. In order to run your application, we need proof of income for the last 30 days. You can email in your pay stubs, social security or retirement statements, and/or an LES. If you are military we need the full LES; not the mid-month. You can get this from your MyPay account online, but be sure to convert it to a PDF file before emailing it to us.
